The Dimo's Values

Our values transcend beyond business decisions and hours of operation. They are the principles upon which we live our lives. That is why we hire our employees based on their alignment with said values. Our organization is filled with people whose natural tendency is to exude these qualities. When faced with a tough decision or a challenging obstacle, we use these values to help us find the right path. Being adaptable is good for business, but these principles are unchanged by time and act as the foundation for all that we create. With this in mind, we integrate our values into our training programs and orientations for new employees to ensure that they are a part of an employee’s journey from day one.

Defining Our Values

Dedication to craft – We believe that in everything we make, is ascribed our values. So we create with intention and purpose, so that everything is imbued with our belief system at the highest level.

True Grit – We don’t shy away from the hard work that is required to get the job done. In fact, we take pride in it. We don’t find the shortcuts, we tighten our belt and we get it done because we value what we create.

Create Opportunity – When we see an opportunity in front of us, we make it and we take it. A job here is a place to cultivate new skills, share ideas, and grow and learn. When we are filled with people who understand this, we create an environment where everything is possible.

Embrace radical innovation – Change is certain. Our business is one that continues to evolve. Our ideas, our processes, and our people. We work to bring new bold ideas to the table. We find inspiration in advancing technology and progressive ways of thinking. We make pizza relevant.

Data Driven – We’re trying to be the best small business offers in America and we can’t do that without using the data we gather to inform our decisions.  Though data isn’t the end all be all, every decision we make has an impact on our business, the planet and the people we serve, so let’s think it through.

Aim for the top – No matter the task at hand, there is an implied and intrinsic understanding that we endeavor to achieve at the highest possible level. We push ourselves to our limit not because we are told, but because doing so feels good.

Self-actualization - We hire people that want to reach their highest potential and want to do so in conjunction with us. Everyone has strengths to highlight and weaknesses to understand and mitigate
