A San Diego native, Abby moved to Chicago last September, and has been a regular ever since. You can usually find her and her friends in our booths for a late night slice and our eclectic music selections. Abby’s favorite Dimo’s memory is of one of those nights: pizza, friends, and Joyce Manor radio. A close second is the week when she and her friends came in five different times for some of our offbeat ’za.

Outside of the pizzaverse, Abby is a student at SAIC and involved in the Chicago art scene. She likes to go on adventures with friends, taking photos, watching movies, hanging out with cute dogs, and driving around in her car at night.

Abby’s dream pizza is inspired by her west coast roots: a California burrito-inspired slice, topped with carne asada, french fries, shredded cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream, and guacamole.
