How long have you been a Dimo’s crustomer?
I’ve been a customer since 2009 when I moved to Wrigley in college.
What is your favorite slice?
Throughout my years of being a customer I’ve had a few favorites. Currently I’m waiting for the Thai chicken topped pizza to come back!
What keeps you coming back for more?
The consistently amazing plain, cheese pizza. It reminds me of the pizza by the slice that I get in New York. Don’t mean to start trouble for those that believe deep dish is the best pizza in the world.... Also, the late hours make me feel welcome to eat pizza any time I want. And I almost always want to eat pizza.
What is your favorite memoryfrom Dimo’s?
In 2012 I was preparing to lead a group of DePaul students to Ghana to volunteer with Global Brigades. I was working to raise money to purchase medicine and first aid supplies and decided a raffle would be the best way to do that. I was brainstorming what prizes we could raffle off. I knew I’d buy a raffle ticket if a Dimo’s gift card was a prize! Dimitri was more than excited to donate not only one but two gift cards AND some Dimo’s swag. It was amazingly generous and in the end, we purchased all of the meds and supplies we needed to run our clinic in Ghana!
If you could make your own dream pizza, what would it be?
My dream pizza with be topped with more pizza! Or donuts. Pizza topped donut or donut topped pizza?
What are your hobbies/favorite things to do when you’re not eating ‘za?
Live music, bike riding, trying new food around Chicago and traveling!
What else would you like to share with the pizzaverse?
