Ashvin has been a Dimo’s fan from the beginning. All it took was one slice of Mac n’ Cheese pizza to get him hooked. Since then he’s moved on to many, many other slice varieties. In fact, we even created an entire special in his honor. And due to the generosity of Ashvin, as well as many of his friends on Twitter (and a little help from Dimo's) this slice helped raise nearly $1,000 for the non-profit, Imerman Angels, which provided one on one guidance and support for those fighting cancer. 

Though Vin was sold on Dimo’s from the first bite, we won over his heart even more one unsuspecting post-Cubs game rush. Tweeting that he would be headed our way, our crew made sure to have his favorite special ready and waiting for him once he arrived. Proof that tweeting pays off.

When Ashvin isn’t busy venturing around  Wrigley, he is hard at work knocking out an impressive bucket list. Traveling the world (35 different countries so far!), attending sporting events, and continually finding new things to add to his list along the way, he has plenty to keep him occupied. And even with all this on his plate he always finds time for family, making regular trips to Washington D.C. to spoil his niece.

Now you can probably see why we’d want to name a special after him. Oh, and for the ladies out there, did we mention that he’s single?
