We first met Ben two years ago, and we’re happy to say his visits have only become more regular since. Ben is a paramedic and drives his ambulance around Chicago all day, so our “glorious pizza” and “super nice and friendly staff” help make Dimo’s a slice of home during his 24-hour work shifts.

Apart from being a “chill refuge” from his often-stressful job (an alternate pizzaverse?), Ben appreciates that all of our slices are equally delicious–even if he is slightly partial to the BBQChickenBaconCheddarRanch.

On his off days, Ben enjoys cycling, music and music festivals, and hanging out with his wife; together, they camp, hike, travel, and go on bike adventures throughout the city.

Ben’s dream pizza would include pulled pork or giardiniera, although he says trusts our creativity and dedication to the ’za to keep the offbeat specials coming.
