It’s a Dimo’s love story: Blair, a crustomer from the start, introduced Tony to our ’za on their first official date, August 26, 2010; they’ve been together–and sharing a slice of The Mac–ever since. They even came in to sign their marriage license over a celebratory slice. Blair says it’s about as close to full-circle as they could get without actually tying the knot at Dimo’s. To which we say: Bring on the weddings, future couples.

In between planning for their June 2014 wedding, Blair and Tony are avid cyclists and world travelers–quite the power couple. But we always manage to bring them back to Chicago with our offbeat selections and, of course, our crust.
