A self-professed “Dimo’s evangelist” since 2009, Brad knows our ’za. Even though he’s a die-hard Philly fan, our consistently offbeat variety and “o’so perfect” crust keep him coming back to try all of the new weekly specials and seasonal selections. In fact, Brad’s adventurous pizza palate led him to think up two dream pizzas: one topped with Balsamic bacon brussel sprouts and goat cheese, the other a variation on a Korean pork taco.

Outside of the pizzaverse, Brad is a big beer and wine enthusiast (check out that can of Revolution Anti-Hero in his bio picture). In the summer, Brad rides his road bike and plays music by night. And as we saw with his dream pizza combinations, Brad also enjoys cooking up experimental slices in his test kitchen.
