Brian Rappeport is no stranger to Wrigleyville. And how appropriate that he first met Dimo’s last St. Patrick’s day while wandering the drunken streets of Wrigley. Literally, you could prob- ably have gotten drunk just by walking down Clark St. that day. The day got even better when Brian ordered three slices...then tallied out at 7 slices before ever leaving.

As you can clearly tell, he had a very magical first experience. So magical that it’s kept him coming back for more. Actually, he’s done more than just order pizza on a consistent (nearly daily) basis. He’s also made friends with pretty much every employee, and rep’d his love for Dimo’s to every single person he knows. To use Brian’s words exactly, he’s sent many new crustomers in for their first “slice of bacon crack.”

And when Brian’s not hanging out with the Dimo’s crew, you can find him keeping bar at John Barleycorn, McGees, or Brownstone Tavern. Oh, and being the Chicago area ambassador for The Macallan single malt scotch whisky. How he has time to hang out with us, we do not know. But we’re always happy to see Brian’s face.
