A friend of Dimo himself, Dan’s been a regular cRustomer since we opened up in Wrigleyville six years ago. He still remembers eating our ’za for the first time: it was New Years Eve, “the line was out of the door, the music was bumpin’ and the pizza and joy were flowin’.”

Dan says he can’t choose just one favorite slice (we agree: they’re all too good). Instead, he mixes it up every time he has pizza craving, like when he recently ordered a slice sampler with 8 of our most popular slices for a house party. But we have a feeling if we made his dream pizza–topped with steak and mashed potatoes–it might have a shot at becoming his slice of choice.

Outside of the pizzaverse, Dan likes running, boating, and traveling. He’s also a huge sports fan, from Iowa State to the Bears and the Blackhawks.
