We’ve been bumping into Eric all over the city. When he first moved to Wrigleyville in 2012, we were there to provide his daily slices; then, when he moved to Wicker Park over a year ago, we opened up Six Corners shortly thereafter. Unfortunately, with Eric moving to Australia at the end of the month, this may be goodbye for now.

Our offbeat ’za and staff – plus daily Netflix recommendations from our general manager, Lindsay – keep Eric a regular cRustomer. When he’s not eating a slice or packing for his move, Eric is listening to music, playing his guitar for “obscene amounts” of time, and brushing up on his encyclopedic knowledge of Seinfeld.

Eric’s dream pizza would include fresh ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, basil, pickled jalapeños, and authentic, Chicago-made Italian sausage.

We’ll miss seeing Eric around once he moves, but he has some parting words for the pizzaverse: “just be nice to everyone . . . you’ll be surprised at how much better your life gets!”
