James is listed as “in an open relationship with pizza” on Facebook, so you know he’s a dedicated crustomer. His love of Dimo’s began when we first opened in Wrigleyville and he says he keeps coming back for our awesome slingers and pies–and because “pizza doesn’t judge.”

One of James’ favorite activities is stopping by for ’za after 2am to people-watch the crustomers coming in from nearby bars. He says he’s seen some pretty strange things, but what else can you expect from an alternate pizzaverse?

Otherwise, James is an avid cyclist, both for work and for pleasure. He takes impromptu trips to Wisconsin on his days off and enjoys working on computers, too.

James’ dream pizza is a combination between a Hawaiian and a buffalo: red onions, pineapple, buffalo sauce, ham, and chicken. He calls it mouth-watering; we definitely agree.
