Jeff has been frequenting Dimo’s as long as he’s been living in Chicago. Coincidently, he moved right around the same time we opened our doors to Wicker Park. Call it coincidence or call it destiny, we think it all worked out for the best. 

So what keeps him coming back for more? He narrows it down to the Vegan BBQ Steak n’ Fries pizza and the Gale’s Root Beer. That’s pretty much always a winning combo in our book, so we can see why he’s hooked. Not to mention the convenience of living just down the street from us. He also recalls fond memories of meeting up with his band Knife Chains after practice for slices.

When he’s not at Dimo’s you could probably find him drinking black coffee and staring at walls or listening to records. That, and dreaming of the day when we make a pizza featuring chocolate covered espresso beans.
