Kayla Straub’s relationship with Dimo’s has been going strong since before she even lived in Chicago. She was first introduced back in 2010, when her boyfriend at the time brought her here while visiting the city. It was love at first slice. Unlike her favorite pizza, the boyfriend didn’t make the cut.

Now that she lives close by, she’s a regular frequenter of Dimo’s. From the Boss Lady Pizza slice to the G.T.S. (and of course always with a brownie on the side) she’s no newbie when it comes to the menu.

Especially if it involves Chicago wrestler and reigning WWE Champion, CM Punk. An avid wrestling fan, Kayla once waited in line for 10 hours to attend the CM Punk DVD Premiere at Portage Theater this past October. Of course, she recalls the day getting even better when Punk bought all the fans Dimo’s for lunch.

When Kayla isn’t hanging out with wrestling champions or ordering pizza, she is busy knitting mittens (at lightning fast speeds), live-tweeting Monday Night RAW, or biking all corners of Chicago to uncover the best al pastor taco in the city. If that wasn’t enough, she will also be in the next run of “El Stories” at the Greenhouse Theatre, starting January 12th. Did we mention she also takes classes at IO?

We couldn’t think of a better candidate to end 2012 as reigning Crustomer of the Month. Now we just need to work on getting her a championship belt…
