We have a saying at Dimos for our most loyal customers and employees. They don’t just bleed the dimo’s red, they’re such diehards that they are “ride or die.” Ride or die started as our motto to express our passion for bikes, as we do all of our deliveries via bike. But if you’re a loyal cRustomer, you are also ride or die. We just really like that saying. So our cRustomer of the month, Kelsey, who’s been coming to us since we were Ian’s pizza, has earned this title.

Now a loyal patron of our Wicker Park location, Kelsey is originally from “the Dirty Jerz” and her favorite slice was our Game of Thrones themed special, the slice of Fire & Ice. In case you don’t remember, our GOT slice had grilled chicken on a fiery pineapple habanero curry base topped with a cooling mint cucumber smoked coconut sauce - and it was pretty flame.

When did you first start coming to Dimo’s?

Trick question! I started coming to Dimo's when it was still Ian's in 2010.

What do you love most about Dimo’s?

Hard to chose between the creative slices and the awesome employees.

If you had a slice named after you, what would be on it? GET CRAZY!

A Philly Roll inspired pizza, with a cream cheese and ponzu sauce base, with chives, seaweed and a raw salmon topping.

What do you do for a living?

Sometimes I work at the perfumery Le Labo as a Lab Tech, other times I work at the Antiques & Oddities shop Woolly Mammoth in Andersonville.

What are your passions?

Besides pizza? My goblin of a cat. Doing Tarot readings. Collecting music, books, tea, pins+patches.

Side hobbies?

Figure Drawing Thursdays with Grotesque Burlesque keeps my drawing hand in shape. Taking new people to see the NeoFuturists on weekends. I also just started with the DSA, so hopefully more socialist stuff.
