Saying that Mathieu likes free pizza is an understatement: he’s basically our resident promotion champion. Ever since he started coming into Six Corners this past summer, he’s taken full advantage of our Ride to ’Za and recycled box programs for optimal punchcard payoff–one time he even found three full cards in his couch!

It’s not just the free pizza that keeps Mathieu coming back for more, though: our vegan selection has made Dimo’s a refuge for the Chicago newcomer. His dream pizza proves it, topped with tofu, pineapple, mushrooms, green and black olives, finished off with crushed red pepper and Sriracha.

Outside of the pizzaverse, Mathieu creates music with his band, Cottard, and films and edits videos. He’s also a huge bike enthusiast, working as a delivery rider for large food orders downtown and fixing and selling bikes in his spare time. Just like it helped him earn free ’za, biking lets Mathieu constantly discover new places and people.
