We thought we’d give our Crustomer of the Month title this month to one of our loyal patrons and friends that’s moving away to California soon. Now, we are a little salty about this, because she is taking our FOH and social media rockstar Brooke away with her too. Then again, our base line salt levels are higher than your average pizza joint because our pizza itself is on the saltier side. So don't take it personally, Nataly. 

 A Dimo’s relationship is until death do us part. Nataly knows she’s not going to find another Dimo’s in Cali. She knows she is especially not going to find vegan pizza by the slice out there, either.

But we also know that we’re not going to find another customer like Nataly.

Because Nataly is pretty great. How great? Well, when asked what her favorite slice was, she said “I think doing long division would be easier” and then proceeded to rattle off a list of vegan pizzas like she was trying to sell them. Well, aw shucks Nat, that gave us all the feels.

Where are you from originally?

Oak Park, Illinois.

When did you first start coming to Dimo’s?

My first time having Dimos was Riot Fest 2014... from there on I was hooked on the vast vegan selection!

What do you love most about Dimo’s?

I love the amazing music selection, countless vegan options, the self serve water, the personal feel of the restaurant, and everything Dimos does to support education in the city! My love for dimos goes far past the heavenly crust.

Favorite Slice?

I think answering long division would be easier.... the vegan mac n cheese, the garlic bowl when it had roasted garlic, plus the nacho.

If you had a slice named after you, what would be on it? Get Crazy!

The sauce would be 100% roasted garlic puré, topped with mushrooms, broccoli, guacamole, kalamata olives, and more garlic.

What do you do for a living?

I am a professional role model.

What are your passions?

Adventuring, connecting with people, climbing things, yoga, swimming, + cracking open young thai coconuts.

Side Hobbies?

Biking.
