Scott’s journey to Crustomer of the Month was not a typical one. Though it may just be one of our favorites. It all started with an email from his friend, Mary Beth. She had drawn his name for an upcoming Secret Santa party and wanted to give him something really special. Always on board for creative ideas, we jumped at the thought of helping create a memorable gift for a “very-regular” crustomer. What better way than plastering his picture up in store and giving him our most coveted title? 

And truly, he couldn’t be a more worthy candidate. This is someone described by his friend as, “incredibly kind, even more smart, and even more funny than that.” With that, we whipped up a special certificate for Mary Beth to wrap as his gift and waited for the big reveal like anxious little kids waiting for Christmas morning. Luckily, Scott was just as excited for the title as we’d hoped. (Not to brag or anything, but it even got a standing round of applause from the party.)

So, now that we’re all caught up. Just who is this kind, smart, funny guy we’ve given this month’s title to? Well he just so happens to have been a Dimo’s crustomer for about a year and a half now. And as an improviser with One Group Mind, located right next to Dimo’s, it wasn’t difficult to quickly become a Dimo’s regular.

When Scott’s not improvising or chowing on ‘za, he’s probably hanging out with his lovely wife and dog, cycling on his “vintage” 1978 bicycle, or holding down the ship as the GM at M.Henrietta in Edgewater (no wonder he has such good taste).
