Dynamic, brisk, new, adventurous, and rewarding.

What do you find most enjoyable about your job?

I get to work with a team of people that enjoy what they do and are excited to be a part of something growing. Seeing someone empowered to create something new and truly great is inspiring. I love to watch that happen. 

What are your interests outside of work?

Food of the people, integrating technology with life, the outdoors, soccer, solitude, people, traveling, a fine bourbon, and craft beer.

What is the "Dimitri Factor”?

I guess that depends on who you ask. 

What is your favorite work related memory?

So many to pick through and they all blur together. I will say that heading to Boulder to see Boss Lady Pizza take shape was a particularly nice moment. It's always rewarding to see years of hard work pay off.  Another time, years ago, after a particular trying Saturday night when nothing seemed to be going right, a misfortune turned into laughter. We had just finished cleaning the place and I decided to jump onto a table to fix god knows what. Holding a box of spare screws in my hands, I leapt and planted my feet on the table. The recently cleaned surface, in addition to the inertia I had gathered making the jump, was a recipe for disaster.  My feet slipped out from underneath me, I shot backwards and fell straight back on my ass. The spare parts box flew out of my hand and exploded all over the floor. What could we do but laugh?  Sometimes, that's the best response.
