What is the most enjoyable part of your job?

After much deliberation, as there are many enjoyable aspects to this position, I decided to go with two. The first is the physical activity of flipping dough. I find it relaxing and exciting at the same time. The second is most definitely the varied characters that I work with.  Everyone brings their own sauce to the dinner table and it makes my time at work that much better.

What are your interests outside of work?

First, I will bypass the assumption that there are things that don't interest me. Rare and non existent in between.

I love attending shows, long walks, short walks, music, a good pint... well... any pint really, attempting to save money, and interacting with humans. 

What is the “Felipe Factor”?

My undeniable hips and aggressive fashion.

What is your favorite work-related memory?

Touching the once so promising Macaulay Culkin after bringing pizzas to his show at Double Door.

Any mantras you live by?

Chasing happiness is like chasing a rainbow, you will never catch the leprechaun.
