Heraclitus of Greece said thousands of years ago that “the only thing constant is change.” Well who are we to try and prove him wrong? Our menu is changing, but it’s all for the best. In addition to rotating monthly and quarterly specials, we take crustomer feedback into account. The following three specialty pizzas are returning to our menu on a full-time basis thanks to popular demand and high praise!
First off, the Dad Bod is now permanently in season. The spicy ranch sensation proved so popular during its stint at Dimo’s last fall that we’ve decided to make it a menu staple. Remember, this one comes with BBQ pulled pork, but is also available vegan with our special pulled vegetables (mmmmm jackfruit.) Spicy ranch, pepper jack cheese, and fried onions complete this hot pizza pie. This bad boy’s not the only returning star…
The Pepperoni 2: Electric Bugaloo is ready to dance its way right on over to your place. Call or click for delivery. Pepperoni pizza is great, but the Pep 2 changes everything. Whipped ricotta mounds, fresh basil leaves, and orange habanero honey (real sweet with a little heat) will have you shouting “It’s Electric!”
The final staple sticking to the menu is a creamy vegetarian delight. The White Pie is now on standby. White sauce rests beneath fresh and shredded mozzarella and whipped ricotta cheeses. Fresh basil, olive oil, and parmesan pair with pureed garlic to bring it all together. Any time could be the right time for a White Pie.
