You know us, so you know that we’re obsessed with good pizza: old pizza, new pizza, weird pizza; if it’s on a disc of dough, we know about it. But because we thrive on the cutting edge of pizza technology, sometimes  we have to make room for new inventions.

Just a few years ago, that meant saying goodbye to the Philly Cheesesteak—one of the toughest, most heartbreaking goodbyes we’ve ever said. There were definitely some tears on both sides, but no harsh words (we can be civil). However, that goodbye was not forever, because we just couldn’t stay away. 

We couldn’t stomach the thought of retiring the Philly for good. I mean come on, there’s always a need for cheese out there. So instead, we lovingly invited it to the pizza labs, where we studied up on what makes a cheesesteak great. A few renovations and upgrades later, the Philly is back and better than ever as part of our rotating specials menu. 

The new Philly starts with mouth-watering house made brisket and caramelized onions, spread over a gooey mozzarella base. It’s finished with our house made mild cheddar cheese sauce, because more cheese is always better.
