The Secret Stash

At Dimo’s, we’re known for being the “crazy” pizza place. Or the “weird” “eccentric” pizza place full of super-freaks that don’t have anything else to do other than churn out this whackishly offbeat, amazingly tasty pizza. Sometimes when people see our menu, already full of options such as Mac & Cheese, BBQChickenCheddarBaconRanch, and Chicken and Waffles, they’re thinking: it can’t get any crazier than this, right?

Well, buckle up, because it’s about to get just a little bit crazier. We actually have a menu than none of you even know about. Why don’t you know about it? Because it’s a secret menu, and it wouldn’t be a secret menu if you had already known about it, right?

Basically, it’s like this. There are pizzas we can always make based on ingredients we always have on hand. We sometimes make them on the weekends, or we might not make them for a while until someone requests one.

But - for this short period of time - we’re posting our “secret menu” for you fine folks that have taken the time to come read this blog post. If you’re still reading this, you Dimo’s Diehards, these are for you.

365 days a year, we can always make these pizzas…

The Diana Ross = The ultimate supreme pizza, with pepperoni, sausage, green peppers, red onions, mushrooms, parsley, and parm.

Chicky Chicky Parm Parm = You Parks and Rec fans already get it. For those of you that live under a rock, the Chicky Parm has got a marinara base with breaded chicken, fresh mozzarella, basil, olive oil and Italian seasoning.

Finger Lickin’ Chicken Finger = You Dimo’s diehards should remember this one. We can still make this guy sans the honey mustard. Although we occasionally still have honey mustard, so always feel free to ask. But it's just like the BBQChicken, just swap out the grilled chicken for fried chicken, and forget about the bacon. 

Dimostein = A mashup of our two most popular slices, it’s simply a holy matrimony of BBQChickenCheddarBaconRanch and Mac & Cheese.

Loaded Mac & Cheese = If you’ve always been a fan of our Mac & Cheese Pizza, but wanted some meat thrown on top, this is your dream, as it’s got fried chicken and bacon on there as well.

Stuffed Pizza = Marinara, ground sausage, roasted garlic, asiago, and parm.

Vegans

Vegan Diana Ross = Just like the original, just sub regular mozz for vegan, and sausage and pepperoni for seitan.

Vegan Spinach Artichoke Dip = Featuring vegan ranch, aritchokes, and tomatoes, you wouldn’t even know this creamy delight was vegan.

Vegan Pasta Bowl = If you’re a frequent of our Wicker Park location, you’ve seen this one a lot. We always make it a little bit different, so customize as you like! However, it almost always includes a marinara base, penne noodles, green peppers, red onions, and fresh garlic. Go for the vegan ranch on top to really make this one a winner.
