As you might be able to tell from our ‘za selection, we love a good food controversy. We’re in constant defiance of those folks who say things like “Mac and cheese on pizza? No thanks!” We’ve raised eyebrows by slapping kale, pesto, french fries, and even spaghetti on slices (no, not all together). With victory after victory under our belt, we’re turning to a new challenge. 

Our celebration of all things wintery and German starts off with shredded mozzarella cheese and creamy white sauce. We load that up with crisp and tangy sauerkraut, caramelized onions and slices of mouth-watering bratwurst. To complete this polarizing slice, we sprinkle it with cheddar and drizzle it with spicy beer-drunk mustard. 

This ‘za is bold, relentless, and takes no prisoners.
